We can also carry out a site assessment prior to booking if required. Having our staff supervise the equipment at your event ensures all health and safety requirements are met ( height/age/number/weight restrictions ) and leaves you and your colleagues free to concentrate on other things or simply enjoy the day! All our staff wear our t-shirt so they are recognisable to the public, are ACCESS N.I. checked and follow our child protection policy.
Using our past experience we can advise on which pieces of equipment to hire based on the numbers and age group attending your event. We can also advise what’s best for fund raising due to their high turnover.
If hiring our inflatable equipment and kiddies rides for fund raising purposes we will still provide staff to supervise the equipment on the day so you are fully insured. However, we will provide tokens to your group that one of your volunteers can sell so that your group/charity is in charge of handling the cash raised at all times. You can set the price per token and inform our staff members of how many tokens to take as “payment” per go on each piece of equipment hired eg 1 token for the bouncy castle and up to 3 or 4 tokens for the amusement rides.
Depending on the age group attending the event we can devise a great value package for your event to maximise your profit on the day. We would usually recommend the multi player games such as laser tag, amusement rides, photo booth and mini golf for fund raises.
